David Philip as Scottish Conservative & Unionist candidate for the
East Livingston and East Calder By-Election
David is a local resident of East Calder and is an active member of the local community, has chaired the EC Community Council and is founder of the mental health charity, "Behind Your Mind ". He is passionate about the local community and will be a great asset to our growing team of Conservative Councillors.

If we bring back the Community spirit in our towns and villages then the future will be better. I am a coach at East Calder Community Football Club and see first-hand what creating positive destinations can do for our young people.
